By checking here, you are certifying that you are 21 years or older and that the wine is for your personal use only.

Checking also indicates that you understand that ownership passes to you upon shipment from the winery, and that we are authorized to ship wine to you. An adult must be present at delivery to sign for the wine. Shippers are not legally permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature IN PERSON. We recommend using a business address if you are not regularly home during business hours to receive shipment. Damages to wine should be addressed with the shipping carrier. Returns are not accepted without our prior approval.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing errors.
